Agreement to Terms

By booking services with The Trailer Guys LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), visiting this website, or communicating by phone, email, website form, or SMS, you agree to the client-approved Terms of Service. This template must be reviewed for the client’s actual services and governing law before launch.

Services Provided

TheTrailerGuys Junk Removal provides the client-approved services in McCordsville, Fishers, Noblesville and the surrounding Central Indiana communities. All services are subject to availability, service area coverage, and scheduling confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual, property, or project at our sole discretion.

Scheduling and Cancellations

• All appointments must be confirmed by an authorized company representative before they are considered booked.
• We ask for reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, or blocked access may be subject to a cancellation, trip, or rescheduling fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, disposal facility delays, safety concerns, staffing limitations, blocked access, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible.
• Requested service dates and urgent service requests are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Pricing and Payment

• Quotes provided are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, item type, volume, weight, labor required, disposal needs, service location, dumpster requirements, access conditions, and time required.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of booking or service.
• Additional fees may apply for items requiring special handling, blocked access, overweight materials, prohibited materials, extended labor, failed pickup attempts, dumpster overloading, or services outside our standard service area.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth service, customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the scope of work, materials, item volume, access, and property conditions at the time of booking.
• Ensuring clear, safe access to all areas where work will be performed.
• Clearly identifying which items should be removed and which items should remain.
• Disclosing any items that require special handling, such as hazardous materials, fragile items, high-value items, oversized items, or items of unusual size or weight.
• Being present or having a responsible adult or authorized representative present at the time of service.
• Ensuring parking, elevators, gates, loading areas, building access, landlord approval, HOA approval, or property management approval are arranged in advance when needed.
• Confirming they have the legal authority to request removal, cleanout, dumpster placement, or waste service at the property.

Liability and Damage Claims

TheTrailerGuys Junk Removal takes reasonable care while performing services. However:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to items or property.
• Damage claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion.
• We are not responsible for damage to items that were packed, prepared, moved, or handled by the customer, or that were not disclosed as fragile, high-value, oversized, or difficult to handle.
• We are not responsible for items mistakenly included for removal once service has been completed.
• Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing prior to service.
• We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by circumstances outside our control, including weather, traffic, disposal facility delays, blocked access, unsafe site conditions, or building access issues.

Prohibited Items

We do not transport or remove the following items unless specifically approved in writing and legally permitted:

• Hazardous materials including chemicals, paint, gasoline, fuel, oil, propane tanks, and asbestos
• Medical waste or biohazardous materials
• Illegal substances or items
• Live animals
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or fireworks
• Any item containing hazardous, regulated, or unknown substances
• Any item we reasonably determine poses a safety, legal, environmental, or property risk to our crew, equipment, customers, or others

SMS Communications

If the client uses SMS, insert the approved consent language here. Customers must be able to opt out as required by applicable law.

Governing Law

Insert the client-approved governing-law and venue language here after legal review.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
